About the NEN

WELCOME TO THE NEN

NEN has served the North Edinburgh area for over 30 years. It is a locally owned and managed organisation, which has charitable status and is also a company limited by guarantee. The NEN Board of Directors/Trustees is made up of people who live or work in the local area and give up their time to support the organisation without remuneration. The board currently comprises 8 members.

Our aim is to produce a positive and informative community newspaper both in conjunction with, and for, the residents of North Edinburgh. We also aim to support and work with local organisations to provide training and employment opportunities.
